| 17 | Design, supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 100 KLD Packaged type Sewage treatment plant with all mechanical & civil work, with suitable heating arrangement on the technology suggested by the bidder in techinal bid best suitable in J&K as per geographic and climatic of site and as per following specification and complete all as speified and directed.The STP shall consist of all components reqired for satisfactory functioning of STP. It shall be capable of meeting the output parameters complying with NGT, CPCB/SPCB or DPCC( which ever is stringent). The STP shall be designed for working in minus(-) 10 degree celcious The temp at Naugam (J&K) at an altitude of 1500 m above MSI. The details deaign of STP shall be carried out by the contractor and get it vetted from any of the IIT and shall be submitted to GE. The design submitted by the contractor shall be finally approved by Accepting officer before commencement of work. |
| 18 | Note(i) The design of STP shall be carried out by the contractor after complying the instruction of CPHEEO manual. This endorsement shall be made in approved design and drawing.STP shall include the following items/components (As the STPwill be above ground, the agency has to check the invert level of sump and accordingly the raw sewage need to be transferred to feed the plant)(a) Collection Sump:- The untreated sewer effluent shall firstly be collected in collection sump. collection sump shall be measured and paid separately in respective sch.The invert level of collection sump shall be finalised in consultion with GE in accordance with site conditions and proposed(b) STILLING CHAMBER:- The sewage shall be pumped to stilling chamber from collection sump.Note- Stilling chamber shall be measured and paid seprately in respective sch.(c) BAR/SECREEN CHAMBER:- screen chamber shall be constructed. The sewage shall move to screen chamber from stilling chamber through gravity. The levels shall accordingly be decided as approved by GE. Note-Bar/Screen chamber shall be measured and paid seprately in respective sch.(ca) Coarse Bar secreen fabricated of SS-316 with 20 mm normally placed gaps in secreen to allow sewage water flow and prevent higher size debris from entering into the collection tank at the very entry point itself of the tank, Secreen kept inclined at 45 degree to the horizantal with hand track as required Qty 01 No.(c b) Fine Bar Secreen fabricated of SS-316 with 8-12mm normally placed gaps in secreen to allow sewage water flow and prevent higher size debris from entering into Equalisation tank before grit chamber Secreen kept inclined at 45 degree to the horizantal with hand track as required. | 19 | (d) OIL AND GREASE TRAP/GRIT CHAMBER:- oil and greese trap/grit chambers shall be constructed. The sewage shall move to oil and greese trap/grit chamber from the secreen chamber through gravity. The levels shall accoprdingly be decided as approved by GE. Note-chamber shall be measured and paid seprately in respective sch.(e) EQUALIZATION TANK:- The equalization tank shall be constructed as per approved drawing.(f) SEWAGE TREATMENT UNIT:- The sewage shall be pumped of STP unit. The Sewage treatment plant shall be of package type with 20KLD capacity having microprocessor based control with all mechanical & civil works, with suitable heating arrangement. The STP unit shall consist of all componets required for satisfactory functioning of STP with inlet and outlet sewage characterististics as mention below. Life cycle cost of the STP and intended reuse of treated waste awter STP shall be provided as per above mentioned parameter.(ii) The levels of the various treatment units (stilling chambers/screens/grit chambers/equilisation tank etc) shall be decided and provided by the OEM/contractor on his reqmt for the package type STP(g) TREATED WATER TANK:- Treated water tank shall be constructed as per details to be designed by the contractor,(h) AIR COMPRESSOR:- Air compressor shall be constructed as per details to be designed by the contractor.
