| 1 | M&L preparing black top surface by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top/ surfaces then applying evenly a tack coat of Bitumen VG-10 grade conforming to IS: 73 @ 0.3-0.4 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed. |

| 3 | M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces, rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch 'A'.(ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 72,000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch 'A'.(iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side.(iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account. |
| 4 | M&L for repair to pot holes any depth not exceedng 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surface in roads, path etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kgs/ 10 Sqm with Paving Bitumen VG-10 grade and including laying premixed bituminious macadam with Paving Bitumen VG-30 grade @ 4% by weight of total mix, well rammed and sealed with paving Bitumen VG-30 grade @ 9.8 kgs/ 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rammed and rolled using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller (including supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping), depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foregion matters etc to receive the markign and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line, dashes, arrows, letters etc of following size wide marking, having 2.5 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yelow clour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed:- Note: - MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE. |

Six super bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Mil Candela) having flash rate 2 Hz and bearable weight 10 tons approx with view distance upto 1,000 meters of any colour i.e yellow, red, blue, green or white as required at site working temp 10-50 degree celcius, working time 3 to 4 days after fullly charged battery, charging time 5 to 6 hrs from direct sun light maintenance free, unbreakable, poly carbonate clear facing, automatically turn on at night and tum off at day incluinding all fixing arrangements as per manufacturer's instuctions comple all as specified and as directd. |
| 9 | S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of size 150mmx150mmx300mm including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed complete. |
| 10 | S&F in repairs 800mm dia polycarbonate convex mirror, unbreakable having clear and define mirror image with 130 degree of viewing angle, outdoor type, made out of fibre alongwith bracket of 62.5mm and holding down min 1500mm long stainless steel pipe of 75mm dia of grade 316, emedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of block size 450mm x 450mm x 500mm incl excavation in post holes complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 12 | S&F in repair for precast (factory made) kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required with and including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.Note : Size and shape of kerb stone will decide by GE. Contractor will take it in writting from GE, before placing the order. |
| 13 | M&L for preparation of new surface of brick or concrete or plastered surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. |
