| 10 | Operation and Maintenance of 5.5 MLD filter plant at Saipau offtake Dholpur including All Labour, Material, Instrumentation, Civil and Chemical Requirement as per scope of work and technical specification to the satisfaction of Engineer In Charge. Filtration Unit: Inlet chamber-1 no’s, Channel, Flesh mixer-1 no, clarifloculator-1 no, filter bed 3 Unit , back wash pump and air blower, alum dozing unit, chlorination unit, bleaching powder system, sluice valve, gate valves, pipe fitting, electrical fitting, main control panel, diffusion chamber, pipe line filter to CWR. Chain pulley, gantry crane and Recirculation Settling waste water sump - 2 nos. pipe line from CFL, pipe line from filter Unit bed to sump , settle water pump- 2 no’s, mud pump - 2 no’s movable gantry crane with chain pulley, pipes from disposal of mud, pipes fitting for settle water to inlet, removal of mud coke prom HW to outside for disposal. The Contractor shall have to supply all material required for completion of work. |
| 11 | Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size & material which includes Repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, Collection &recording minimum 10 nos. residual chlorine samples during supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution /rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and upto ground level. For entire job contractor will use their own T & P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de- watering if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month, including cost of material as required.Minimum labour to be deployed (two fitter, fourbeldar) |
