| 1 | Supply, fabrication, testing and delivery of 3 mtr long decorative steel Poles manufactured from hot-dip galvanised steel pipe, comprising two sections, namely a bottom section of 1000 mm length with 114 mm diameter and a top section of 2000 mm length with 50 mm diameter. the bottom portion shall be provided with an aesthetic ornamental base made of FRP / GRP to conceal foundation bolts, and a cast aluminium ornamental spigot shall be provided at the joint of the bottom and top sections. the base plate shall be 12 mm thick and 300 mm diameter with 200 mm PCD, suitable for 4 nos. foundation bolts of 16 mm diameter and 600 mm length. A service window shall be provided at the bottom of the pole for connector, MCB and cable management. The pole shall undergo extensive surfacetreatment including sand blasting, PU-based etch primer and PU matt finish paint, making it completely rust and corrosion resistant and providing a superior aesthetic finish. CMC logo shall be securely fixed on each Pole complete with transportation, T&P and labour charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
