The service of DG set shall be done by experienced Gen Set expert and shall be tested once a week or as required. The Job includes the cost of testing, cleaning checking the system., checking of battery, oil filters, battery leads, temperature gauge, greasing of minor parts & putting distilled water in battery & other minor components as required during Mtc. and servicing at site on actual basis. The job includes the cost of labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work. |

| 10 | Servicing and repair of burnt out main incoming contactor 225 Amp 415 V. The job includes cost of dismantling of incoming & outgoing connection of contactor. The job also includes cost of contactor coil and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work. |
| 11 | Supply installation, Testing and Commissioning of 12 Volt Battery having 21 plate and 150 AH capacity after dismantling the old battery. The battery should be of Exide/ Amaron make only. The battery should be fully charged before installation. The cost includes labour and Transportation charges for completion of the job. The battery shall be guaranteed atleast one year and the date of installation shall be mentioned on the batteries with the marker duly signed by the S.O/SDE In-Charge. |
| 12 | Supply and fixing of AMF control display (Procom make) of 125 KVA to 160 KVA DG set Mahindra make. The job includes removing of defective display from the AMF panel by removing all the connection and fixing the new display by giving the all necessary connections and testing the same on auto and manual running of DG set. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning, labour charges and other petty material to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 13 | S/E of fuel gauge of 125 KVA to 160 KVA KVADG set of Mahindra make. The job includes the removing of existing defunct fuel gauge from the fuel tank and install the new fuel gauge on the fuel tank. The job also includes the all petty material to complete the entire satisfaction of EIC. |
| 14 | Supply and fixing of battery lids of size 50mm single core copper up to 1.5 mtr. with 2 nos. battery terminals. The job includes the cost of making connections with petty material as required to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge. |
| 15 | Supply and fixing of under voltage/ over voltage relay of 12/24 Volt. A.C. Teknika/L&T make. The job includes the cost of dismantling of defective under voltage/ over voltage relay from the AMF panel with disconnecting all the electrical connections which are given to the relay and fixing of new under voltage with proper nuts and bolts and giving the necessary actions to relay. |
