Supply, fabrication, welding, painting, carriage & erection of MS angle iron stand for installation of cable tray on the roof of building for lift up the various size of LT cables. The angle iron of size should be 50 mm x50 mm x5 mm (min.) with weight min. 1.158 kg per feet. and the size of stand should be 2 ft. height and 1.5 ft. wide alongwith 2 Nos. 4” angle iron base welded at the bottom on the both legs. The weight of each stand should be minimum 7.18 KG and the cost of welding, jointing, painting and nut/ bolts etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC. This also includes the painting with the 2 coats of black paint after 1 coat of primer of superior quality.

Labour charges for lift up the LT cables of various capacity/sizes (16 mm to 300 mm) with bunch of multiple nos. i.e. 4 to 7 as per site from surface of the rooftop of the building & put on the proposed cable tray approximately 2 ft. above from the rooftop level. The job includes cost of all labour for lift up the entire bunch of cables not for single cable. The cable should be proper fix on the cable tray with the help of suitable size ties.
