| 1 | Taking down for servicing of split type AC 1.5/2 TR Capacity including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters/plasma filters etc, (Indoor unit), condenser, compressors, fan motor etc,(Out door unit) with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, Remote control unit including PCB, fan, blower, etc.and keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing as required and refixing the same in existing position complete all as specified and as directed . |
| 2 | All as per srl item No 1.00 here-in-before but window type AC of capacity 1.5/ 2 TR complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | All as per srl item No 1.00 here-in-before but Tower type AC of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | M&L for changing mode of any type of AC from heating mode to cooling mode or vice-versa complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Material & Labour for rectifying electrical wiring fault of any capacity type AC and make them functional and also carry out the required repair complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Notes for item No. 1.00 to 5.00 (i) Adequate resources and manpower shall be deployed by the contractor for attending day to day defect being an essential installation. (ii) Contractor shall maintain register of servicing as per format given by Engr-in-Charge duly signed by User, where the servicing of equipment carry out and produce as and when asked complete all as specified and as directed.(iii) All complaint/repairs shall be attended/completed within 06 Hour failing which a recovery of Rs 500/- per day per complaint shall be made from contractor dues. |

| 17 | S&F in replacement wiring kit for window/split type AC of Capacity 1.5/2 TR complete all as specified and as directed . (Make as per site requirement.) |
| 18 | S&F in replacement remote control of existing make including battery for split AC Cap 1.5/2 TR of make as per site requirement and replace of old one complete all as specified & as directed |
| 19 | Taking down unserviceable reversible valve for split AC of capacity 1.5TR and supply & fixing new reversible valve with solenoid coil including required different copper pipe with PCB and remote alteration/modification complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i)Supply & filling of refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid under relevant item.) (ii) Any alteration or modification including electronic component required in PCB and Remote to be paid under relevant items. |
