| 3 | Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance to intelligent Integrated Infrastructure with inbuilt hot and cold aisle containment of 1 rack catering to IT load up to 7 KVA with minimum 22 U usable space available for IT equipments. Critical components like Airconditioning, Rack, Rack PDU & Monitoring along with temperature & humidity sensors having following specification:- (1) Intelligent Integrated Infrastructure with inbuilt hot and cold aisle containment of 1 rack catering IT load up to 7 KVA.The Critical systems like rack mounted air-conditioning systems should have N+N topology respectively (one working & one standby air conditioning system).(2) Rack based Air Cooling with indoor - out door design, SHR >0.9, 100% Duty cycle, Scroll Compressor, 9U rack mountable, Electronically commutated centrifugal evaporator fan , High Pressure & Low Pressure protection , Washable filter with 80% efficiency down to 20 micron , Hydrophilic evaporator coil, ON/OFF switch at indoor unit for emergency purpose. |

The front rack doors will be provided with magnetic locks, and will operate on fail-safe principle through Biometric access control system. | 6 | NOTE FOR ITEM NOS. 1 to 3:-(a) The comprehensive maintanance of equipment under this contract shall be done through respective OEM i.e. VERTIV.
