| 1 | Repairing/Rectification and general overhauling of 36 KV VCB of CGL/ABB /STELMAC/ SIEMENS/ BHEL/ SHREEM make circuit breakers installed 220 KV & 132 KV Sub-stations under ETD, Hardoi. |
| 2 | Work consists of repairing/Rectification of non-functioning and general overhauling of Complete spring charging mechanism assembly of 36 KV VCB of CGL/Shreem /Siemens/Stelmac/ABB/BHEL make C.B., cleaning, greasing of horizontal rod assembly, checking and tightening of all electrical connection in the terminal block, dismantling of spring charging mechanism parts, cleaning, greasing and its proper adjustment, opening close/trip coil assembly, cleaning its plunger and adjustment its plunger air gap, checking spring charging motor, replacement of its carbon brushes wherever required, finally checking smooth operation of closing/tripping of the breaker both by local and remote. The work shall be considered as completed only when tripping time of 36 KV VCB shall be less than 40 msec after Timing test of 36 kV VCBs. (Contractor shall provide all the man, material, testing equipments & required T&P at site) |
