Rectification of SF-6 gas leakage from poles of 145KV SF-6 CGL Make circuit breaker (Mfg. year 2002 Sr. No. 16372C ) of 40 MVA T/F-1st HV side bay at 220KV Sub-station Sitapur. Work consists of (a) To identify SF-6 Gas leakage with the help of SF-6 gas leakage detector and pole non-operating problem (b) Dismantling of identified pole from breaker structure with the help of hydra (c) Dismantling of all components of poles and replace all \\"O\\" rings/Gas kit by applying Anabond 661 (Gas Seal Out) after thorough cleaning of part. (d) Replacement of pull rod for pole moving contact. (e) Re-assemble all parts of the pole. (f) Apply vacuum and keep it for 24 hrs and check no loss of vacuum (g) Erection of poles on structure using hydra (h) Filling of SF-6 gas upto soecified value (i) check satisfactory Close/Trip operation both by local and remote.
