Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes ,ruts and rectifying corrugated surface ,damaged edges and ravelling as per technical specification clause 1906 (one thousand nine hundred six) upto entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges. By mechanical means.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (Zeron point Seven - One point Zero Kilogram per squmater) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Five hundred Two) upto entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg (zero point two five to zero point three kilogramme) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five zero three) and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm (Thirty millimetre thick) with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty )TPH batch type hot mix plant with producing an average output of 75 (Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Five point four to five point six )per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION Ltd. and M /S HINCOL or equelant, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 . all leads,Lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire saisification of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms Area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC. as per H.P.PWD. specsification, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts including all incidental charges.
