| 1 | Supply installation testing and commissioning of 75 KWp on ON Grid MONO Bifacial Roof Top Solar Power Palnt, system comprise following:-Mono crystalline solar Modules 600Wp (Nominal), 156 Cells,Voc:54V, ISC:13A, Vmp:38.5V, Imp:12.41, Tempered Glass Thickness 4.0mm, Junction Box IP65, 4T with Diodes, Total solar Panel -125 Nos Make: Tata/JML/Wolt or Cat - I MNRI approved.Note:- (i) Modules shall be certified as per IEC 61215 and IEC61730-I & II and other IEC/IS Standerd(ii) Each PV Module and solar should be manufactured indigenously i.e. Indian made and IEC Certified.(iii) Each PV Module must use a RF identification tag (RFID), which must be have following information:-(a) Name of manufacturer of PV Module (Indengenous only).(b) Month and year of manufacture (Separately for solar cell and modules)(c) I-V curve for the module.(e) Peak wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module, also unique serial no and Model No of the Module.(f) Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate.(g) Name of the test lab issuing IEC.(iv) Solar Module Glass should have with anti reflective coating, excellent performance in low light, torsion and corrosion resistant with anodized aluminium frame. |
| 2 | Contd....from item No 1v) Solar PV Modules shall be warranted for 25 years, PV modules shall be warranted for their output peak watt capacity by manufacturer, which shall not less than 90% for at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.vi) During the period of warranty contractor shall remain liable to replace any defective defective parts that become defective in the plant.vii) Hot dip galvanized MS angle module mounting structure for solar panels of combined capacity 75 KW, AC output with structure of suitable size with rigid support as required for roof top as per OEM/MNRE norms recommendations capable to withstand maximum wind load as designed for angle of modules all as required at as per site.viii) The bidder shall produce all the certificate from manufacturer.ix) The rate quoted by the contractor shall also include the rate for Srl No (A) to (E)x) Performance ratio of the plant should not less than 75%. |

| 4 | Contd....from item No 1(b) AJB, DCDB, ACDB:- Array Junction Boxes (AJB), Also referred to as PV combiner boxes, IP 65 enclosures with Surge Protectionj (SPD) and DC fuse SPD Type II, with MC-4 connectors, earthing Gland with Terminals blocks Thermoplastic, dust, Vermin & water proof with transparent covers.AC DB of suitable capacity will be use in input and output side of inverter to protect inverter from surge and spike in AC supply.(c) Module mounting structure (75KWp):- Roof top solar structure shall be well designed powder coated non corrosive and electrolytically, anodised, wether proof to support the PV Modules mounting. Expected Life span:25 Yrs, designed to handle wind speed of 150 Km/Hr, suitable leak proof mounting Fastners and SS Nut Bolts and Washers:-Note:- (i) The module mounting structure should be suitable for easy removing and refixing/replacement of PV Modules of the roof top solar system.(ii) Fixing arrangement shall be according to the design and drawing of manufactures.(iii) The drawing and design shall be approved from the accepting officer. |
