Comprehensive, preventive and periodical Maintenance of 8 Passenger Lift - 13 Nos & 13 Passenger Lifts - 14 Nos (Total Lift - 27 Nos) Make : JOHNSON with travelling speed of 1 m/s installed at Ganesh Enclave (DU's MAP Kodariya SM -281 to 294) as mentioned herein after, in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques and expertise consultancy (by manufacturer Johnson). Regularly examining lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment, governer sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing/contact/governer jaws car and hall mechenical buttons, car and hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal/fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guid rails and buffers etc. including replacement of defective/spares parts as coverd under scope of MOU (Platinum) as required.

NOTE: (a) The comprehensive/preventive periodical maint include monthly inspection testing as per service manual. The inspection/test report will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. (b) The AMC shall be in force immediately after issue of Work Order No 1 commencement date (c) All the compalints are required to be rectify as per scope of work specified in particular specification. (d) The cost of transportation (to and from) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor by complete the job and no extra cost shall to be paid to the contractor in this effect. (e) The Contractor shall display or his trademen's/employees mob/contect no in each lift car and at lift lobby and updated from time to time. (f)Service Engineer will visit Quarterly for routine maintenance and checks all mechanism along with gressing of complete mechanism in quarterly basis. (g) Apart from routine quarterly maintenance and check visit, Service Engineer shall attend any type of breakdown of any machines as and when required within 24 hours on registering of complaint to contractor. (h)In case contractor fails to attend complaint within 24 hrs, Rs 5000/- shall be recovered per hour of deley time. (i) Old material will be property of department.

S&F in replacement of LED panel light fittings 5 watts with reflector including dismanttling of old one complete all as specified and directed.
