| 1 | Supply and Erection of designer decorative double arm pole 8M height suitable to mount decorative fixtures, the pole shall be made in combination of pre glavanized circular pipe which is fabricated using 140mm dia x 4mm thick base section with Minimum height of 1950mm, the middle section is of 89mm dia x 3.00mm thick with height of section is more than 4560mm and the remaining Top bracket section is of 89mm dia x 3.00mm thick with height of section is more than 1000mm. The pre-galvanized pipe shall be of grade YST 210. The bottom and middle section of the pole shall be provided with decorative cast Aluminium embellishment to add aesthetic on the pole as shown in the drawing. The decorative horizontal bracket arm of made in combination of pre-galvanized pipe sections 48/60mm dia x 3mm thick of length 2000mm from center to center with Fixture. Decorative part inside the bracket is made in combination of galvanised steel rod with minimum thickness of 8/10mm to add aesthetic on the bracket arm as shown in drawing. The brackets shall be a single piece assembly and should be capable of orientation in any direction and secured with stainless steel 304 grade Grub Screw of size M8. Luminaire 3w IP65 is attached on the pole to illuminate the circular laser cutted sheet attached in the middle top portion of the pole from back and front. Decorative fish on the top bracket is made of laser cut sheet, provided with luminaries offer shielded glare free illumination of on fish create a pleasant light distribution with a high degree of visual effect during night illumination. |

The pre galvanized pipe shall be of grade YST 210. The bottom and middle section of the pole shall be provided with decorative Gravity die cast Aluminum embellishment to add aesthetic on the pole as shown in the drawing. The pole welding shall be done through the qualified welders using approved welding procedures and tested for its quality using the NDT method, like DP test to match the uniformatiy and ashtetics throughout the height of the pole all the embelishment designs of bottom, middle and ring have to be exactly as per shown in the drawing. |
| 4 | Supply and erection of decorative luminaire of 100 watt made of spun aluminium body with a neck design as shown in the drawing for unique and better aesthetics with a diameter of housing not less than 480 mm (±3%) Diameter and 460 mmH (±3%). The luminaire should have High Pressure Die-Cast thermal management with vertical fin design for longer life of the LEDs. The luminaire shall be IP66 optical compartment with third party NABL report. The diffuser shall be Injection Moulded polycarbonate and IK rating of >/= 9 (with attached internal IK report from the manufacturer). The luminaire should have a decorative crown made of aluminium as shown in the drawing for better aesthetics. Then mounting arrangement should be such that it is easily maintainable and made of SS 304 arrangement as shown in the drawing. The luminaire shall be provided with street light optics Type II lens made from PC/PMMA material. The luminaire NABL third party lighting distribution report should be attached along with the bid for providing better and effective lighting distribution for the safety and proper lighting for road vehicles. The luminaire LEDs should be of CCT 4000k +-500K, colour rendering index (CRI)>/=70 and residual flux of 70% (L70) @ 50,000 burning hours at Ta of 25°C. The manufacturer need to provide the luminaire shall be suitable for operating within temperature range from - 10°C to + 40°C. The luminaire should be designed to operate at any voltage from 140V to 280V, with Power Factor ≥ 0.95 (with optional built in Over Voltage protection) and shall be provided with internal surge protection of 4 kV and external surge protection of 10 kV, electrical Class I wattage 90W ± 10% with MCPCB of not less than 1.6 mm thickness and Cu of 35 microns and 2.5 Thermal conductivity for fixture. The LED used should be high power Epoxy LEDs (Make- Osram/bridgelux/nichia/cree) with Macadam /= 70 and CCT 4000K. |
