(1:2:4) using 12mm size, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150mm thick hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&p etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge. |
| 5 | R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to ¾”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour . |
| 6 | Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary ) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate). |
| 7 | Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking faver block of M-40 grade bade by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size design & shape laid in required colur and pattern over and including 50mm thick thick compacted bed of coarse sand filling the joints with fine sand etc all complete as per direction of Enginer in charge. |
| 8 | Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C work including false work and dismantling after casting including cost of all labour, materials, T&P required etc. as per the direction of Engineer in charge. |
| 9 | Remove excavated & dismantled materials from the site by mechanical means with loading and unloading the same within 5 kms lead as per direction of enginner in charge . |
