Operation of VRV/VRF System, split/window AC and water cooler installed as per installation given in annexure –B & C. Schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given in Annexure-A and following conditions attached, by deploying manpower as below.1 No. Skilled in each shift, total two shift.1 No. Unskilled in general shift

Comprehensive maintenance including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of VRV/VRF System (ODUs and IDUs) split/window AC and water cooler including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance troubleshooting etc. complete as required Details of installation are given in Annexure-B & schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given in Annexure-A.

Supplying and charging of R-22/R-410 Gas in the AC units including Pdg & fixing necessary copper piping, capillary tube including pressure testing, leak detecting and commissioning etc, complete required at site. a) 2.0 TR and 1.5 TR Split type AC units, Water Cooler, Window AC

Rewinding of fan motor of 2.0 TR Split type AC units and Water Cooler (capacity 150 Ltr) i/c replacement of gun metal bushes, testing, commissioning etc as required.

Supply & Replacement of 2 TR/1.5 TR Split AC, PCB Invertor Type complete with connection testing etc as required.

Supply and Replacement (i/c deduction of cost for replaced item) of condensing coil / cooling coil suitable for all type Split / Window AC (as per inventory) attached complete with connection testing etc as required.

Supply and replacement (i/c deduction of cost for replaced item) of copper piping for refrigerant flow (Liquid & gas) between indoor and outdoor unit of split AC complete with suitable insulation, tie rod, hanger etc. complete as required. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
