The installation of RCC precast drain, drain cover, box culvert etc. shall be done in correct and final position with proper line, level and plumb at site after making all arrangements of requisite T&P e.g., cranes, push-pull jacks etc. for lifting, placing and alignment of elements within erection tolerance as per IS-15916:2020, as per approved shop drawings, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including cost of all material and all tools & machinery required for casting for all works up to plinth level complete as per the directions of Engineer-in- Charge. |
| 30 | Providing and installing retro-reflective Single Sided Mandatory/Cautionary/Warning/Shoulder mounted/Gantry/ Cantilever signboards comprising of customised modular MS hollow section frame work, 4mm thick aluminum composite panel (ACP) mill finished or PVDF coated or as specified as base board, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film. The horizontal and vertical members of the MS frame shall be made of a MS hollow section of size 50x50x3.6mm . No panel size shall be more than one sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally with same section. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4 mm with 0.5 mm thick skin of aluminum on both sides. The ACP shall be routed, folded up to half of the width of side edge and fixed on the MS frame with VHB tape 25 mm wide and 2.3 mm thick provided through out the length and breadth of the frame including riveting at the right angle face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300 mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front face of the ACP, Micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-XI of ASTM: D 4956-09 of white colour shall be pressure fixed as background sheet which will be over laid with electro - cut transparent film of approved colour, border and symbol etc. with 10 years warranty to create a desired road sign and information message. The rear side of the MS frame shall be covered with balancing ACP sheet of the same description as mentioned above and shall be fixed in similar manner as described above. The edges of the board shall be covered around with powder coated die cast extruded aluminium channel of required colour and shade of size 68X12X2 mm. The channel shall be fixed using two rows of double sided VHB tape of above description. The channel shall further be secured by pop rivets having SS mandrel of 5 mm dia at junctions and corners. Labels/QR code to be printed on signage at bottom right side corner (2\\" X 2\\") with details like name of manufacture, date of Manufacturing , code of reflective sheeting used, warranty etc. Note:- The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.
