Straightening of rotor shaft along with replacement of worn out / damaged bearing number 29338 along and Gun metal sleeve of solid shaft 400 HP / 300 KW, BHEL make, 6.6 KV, H.T. motor unit No. 01 installed at L.I.S. Rajal by way of extraction of the rotor from the assembled motor after decoupling the motor from the pump and then dismantling/opening /disengaging of the stator and rotor by using appropriate tools and tackles with the help of manual skilled & semiskilled labour and carrying the complete rotor to workshop through a pick up van. Job in the workshop includes placing of the rotor on safe pedestals for undertaking repairs/replacement of damaged parts. Job includes complete dismantling of rotor & then extracting out the damaged bearing number 29338 and damaged sleeve from the rotor with the help of special fabricated pullers, tools and tackles & wooden wedges. Job includes complete alignment of disalligned rotor shaft by using lathe after mounting the rotor shaft on the lathe between headstock and tailstock then touching of pointer in contact with the shaft surface then aligning the same by using pressing method (hydraulic press) after ensuring aligned lathe centers by rotating the shaft slowly by hand after adjusting tailstock alignment, then complete rechecking the alignment/tolerance job includes providing & Fitting of new bearing No. 29338 of any other reputed make with providing of bearing sleeve of Gun metal, also replacement of lock plates, Lock rings along with replacement of seals. The job also includes complete checking of bearing housing assembly It also includes providing and filling of fresh turbine oil for lubrication of bearing up to the level on overflow pipe after cleaning of bearing oil chamber with flushing oil including the cost of material and labour charges Job also includes providing and fitting of oil guaze/indicator with replacement of damaged parts then assembling of all dismantled components of rotors then carrying of same to lift irrigation station Rajal through a pick up van . Job includes assembling of rotor & stator at site and then fitting & Installation of the motor on the pumping unit. Making of all the electrical connections and testing/commissioning the unit on no load and then on full load conditions. Complete job includes all type of carriages , charges for skilled & semi – skilled labour, cost for material, charges for deployment of tools & tackles complete job includes to & fro carriage/ shifting charges etc. Complete Job.
