| 1 | Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of the diesel driven pumping unit etc. using appropriate means of transport as under: Tata Mobile (lead distance= 20 km one side) |
| 2 | Servicing/ repairs to HA394 KOEL Diesel Engine by way of: |
| 3 | Providing and fitting of fuel filter element with gaskets. |
| 4 | Providing & fitting of diesel filter top cover |
| 5 | Providing and fitting of lube oil filter element with gaskets. |
| 6 | Providing and fitting of fuel flexible pipe set. |
| 7 | Calibration/overhauling of Inline fuel pump and injectors with replacement of spares as per requirement. |
| 8 | Providing & fitting of fuel circuitry system complete comprising of flexible pipes, banjo bolts, washers, injector pipes and overflow pipe. |
| 9 | Providing and fitting of Dynamo belt. |
| 10 | Complete M.oil change to the engine after flushing the chamber with HSD to remove all un-dissolved impurities and then filling of 11.5 litres fresh M.oil (Preferred make: Indian Oil Servo/ HPCL/ BPCL/ Shell/ Mobil). The M.oil shall be provided by the contractor. |
| 11 | Complete servicing washing and greasing of the equipment and filling of 7 litres HSD for idle run testing and full load testing. The job further includes inspection of the entire diesel unit & checking for any loose nuts / bolts & replacing the damaged ones wherever necessary, tappet setting etc. The HSD shall be provided by the contractor. |
| 12 | Complete repairs to dynamo assembly by way of:-Dismantling of the assembly and reassembling of the same after repairs. The job includes providing & fitting of bearing set, Carbon brush with holder, bush set, cut-out, push button switch & DC wiring, The job also includes servicing of Dynamo assembly. |
| 13 | Providing & fitting of 200 mm dia heavy duty canvas hose pipe rubber lined of reputed make (having working pressure not less than 13 bar) along with couplings/pins/other accesories for fitting. |
| 14 | Providing and fitting of carbon steel Fasteners of assorted sizes to the flanged joints of suction pipe |
| 15 | Providing of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints with 250 mm nominal size |
| 16 | Hiring of JCB/Pick & Carry crane for handling of the pumping unit at site. (Note: The time in hours is inclusive of the to and fro journey of the JCB/crane) |
| 17 | Repairs to 02 No. punctured tyres of the trolley by way of plugging and patching. The job includes inflating and testing (Inclusive of logistics and handling). |
| 18 | Fixing of pumping unit to the trolley by way of drilling of bolt holes on the base frame of pumping unit & trolley frame and then providing and fitting of heavy duty nut bolts of assorted size as per requirement. The job also includes repairs to the outer shield cover by way of welding wherever required. |
| 19 | Maintenace repairs to the MS footvalve by way of dismantling and then assembling after the following repairs:a.Providing of leather disc face washer for foot valve (80 sq inch)b.
