| 1 | Taking down ceiling fan of any sweep, removing blade, cleaning the fan completely of dust and dirt , greasing and cleaning blades and fan with kerosene oil and checking of aligment of shaft ,oiling and Re- hanging the same back to its original positions including connecting with three core flexible copper wire to ceiling rose etc after the completion of the point wiring including replacement of old unserviceable fan hook rubber pad, nut bolts and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Rewinding of ceiling fan could not be done , u/s ceiling fan to be declared BER as per policy.(b) Ball bearing should be paid separately. |
| 2 | Taking down carefully the Exhaust fans of any capacity/sweep after disconnecting the eletric supply from any site and opening fans for repairs/over houling including removing dust and greasing and cleaning blades and fan with kerosene oil and checking of aligment of shaft , oiling including re-assembling , nut bolt checking and connecting/refixing of fans in its original position burn out fan shall be kept seprately for rewinding complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rewinding and replacment of defective parts shall be measured and paid separately. |

| 9 | Note for item No 04 to 08. (a) Repairing /rewinding of Exhaust fans/Aircirculatinf fans shall be carried out in AGE E/M yard Jhansi in present of JE E/M. (b) Contractor shall detail the staff to collect defective fans from concern JE E/M , check the fan after opening it, and intimate the defects in the fan to JE E/M before carrying out the repairs. (c) The bearing of fan should be of NBC/SKF make only. No other make will be accepted. (d) Contractor will be provided by sticker of each repairing fan with date and name of frmns. (e) Contractor shall est. workshop for repairs/winding work,rent and allied charges will be applied as per tender norms. |
| 10 | M & L for painting of Ceiling fan complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling, cavties with filler one coat after cleaning all dust including MES Nos are entered in all ceiling in site only, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Taking out and replacement of following accessories from ceiling fans taking down vide item No 01.00 here in before complete all as specified and directed. |
