| 2 | Architecture Services‐ Preparation of complete conceptual plans, Schedule of finishes, architectural GAD drawings, Site Plan. The drawings will cover detailed working drawings to minutest details (including sanitary fittings) with reference to technical, architectural and functional requirements in soft & hard copy. Space/Area analysis in tabular graphical formats. |
| 3 | Structure Services:‐ Structural design and GAD drawings, RCC frame Structure duly incorporated with all the details, final submission of all the approved structural drawings with supported by relevant design data (STAAD File) in all size in hard & soft copy for all the category of buildings in desired configuration. Proof Checking & Vetting ‐ from IIT and submission of all structural drawings as per latest Indian standard codes & practice. (Total Plinth Area of Bldg 6925.06 Sqm ) (G+2 Stories) |

| 5 | Services – HVAC Preparation of HVAC design & drawings complete as per the user data sheet. Following is the broad scope of work to be submitted in DPR format: |
| 6 | (i) Detailed heat load calculations for summer, monsoon, and winter seasons along with room wise and building‐wise cooling / heating load and humidifying / dehumidifying air requirement.(ii) Details of energy efficient equipment selection (based on the latest technology) and their specifications along with design particulars for the selection of equipment (i.e., chiller, chilled water pump, condenser water pump, cooling tower, double skinned AHU, dehumidifiers, PAN type humidifiers, chilled / hot water pipeline & condenser water pipeline including all valves, etc.) (iii) Supply / return / exhaust air ducting design calculations and double line ducting layout including supply air & return air diffusers / louvers / registers / grilles, volume control dampers, fire dampers, etc. (iv) Detailed specification of duct insulations, pipe insulations, acoustic insulations, and underdeck insulations (v) Detailed specification of AHU with supply, return and fresh / exhaust air calculation, etc. (vi) Detailed specification of electrical panel(s) for the main AC plant and AHU including incoming & outgoing cables |

| 8 | Fire Protection System ‐ Detailed Planning, Designing, Preparation & Marking of Fire Fighting System on Drawings, Preparation of Bill of Quantities with Specification, Qty., Prevailing Market Rates with Rate Analysis and Quotation for Firefighting System as per the CFEES Report, considering the following Items (as applicable) and other left out items as per SP7: 2016 (National Building Code) to Make System Fool‐proof. i. Manual / Automatic Fire Alarm / Detection System ii. Internal Fire Hydrant (Wet Riser & Hose Reel) iii. Yard Hydrant System iv. Automatic Water Sprinkler System v. Centralized Sump & Pump House with Suitable Pumps, Pipes etc. vi. Portable Fire Protection Arrangements. vii. Any other items left out deemed fit to make system fool‐proof. Complying all provisions as recommended in CFEES report |

| 10 | Note for Ser Item No 1 to 1.07 above :- (i) The consultant shall ensure that all Architectural, Structural Design HVAC, Firefighting and associated engineering designs are planned, developed and coordinate in accordance with the latest GRIHA (Green Rating For Integrated Habitat Assessment ) guidelines, so as to enable the project to achieve minimum 3-Star GRIHA rating. (ii) All drawings, specifications, BOQs, material selections, calculations, simulations and related documentation shall be prepared in compliance with the mandatory and requisite optional criteria required for achieving the minimum 3-Star rating and Consultant shall provide draft tender duly incorporated all the Griha Norms specification(iii) The quoted consultancy fees shall be deemed to be inclusive of all efforts required for planning in compliance with GRIHA norms upto 3-Star level complete.
