| 156 | M&L in replacement for providing and fixing hemispherical type main gate identification board made out of 3 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) of approved colour having overall span approximately 18.75 feet and board width 1.5 feet, fixed over 25 mm × 25 mm × 3 mm MS angle frame conforming to hemispherical profile, frame duly fabricated, welded and grinded smooth and treated with one coat red oxide primer and two coats synthetic enamel paint. The front face of the board shall be provided with 3 mm thick ACP sheet fixed to the frame and the rear face shall also be covered with 3 mm thick ACP sheet of approved colour so as to form a closed box type structure. The exposed edges and sides shall be finished with matching ACP return strips of depth equal to frame depth to completely conceal the MS frame and provide a neat finished appearance from all sides. The board face shall have weather resistant retro-reflective vinyl lettering/graphics indicating office information such as “WELCOME TO BSO GANDHINAGAR / GE (ARMY) GANDHINAGAR”, the content to be written in CAPITAL LETTERS IN ENGLISH with corresponding HINDI text beneath the English text, in letters of suitable size and approved colour.
