| 4 | M&L for Granite 18 to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, urinal partitions and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl rounding edges complete all as specified. |

| 9 | M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment long the external/internal wall and juction below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for removing of existing rubber beading/strip from aluminium window glass, fixing the same glass to existing window(2/3/4 track window size exc 1.50 sqm) with new PVC rubber beading/strip without any damage/crack to window glass and filling the window gaps with silicon sealant, required necessary fitting, replace bottom rollers,locking facility to each window pane,clean the are with vaccum cleaner,accessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note :- No separate payment not made to contractor for removing,refixing and damage parts for this Job |
