Repair/ routine/comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lifts with centre opening auto door in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic with selective controll with 2 speed motor manner suitable for serving Ground + Five floor i.e total Six landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device, including upkeeping/ cleaning of lifts and its accessories, electrical and mechanical system, safty device, maintenance of automatic rescue device, replacement of defective lights and fansand replacement of all types of defective parts as per OEM i.e. M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd including routine periodical i.e. weekly,monthly, quarterly and half yearly all as per OEM i.e. manufacturer (JOHNSON) recommendations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.MAP MD ACCN, SEVOKE ROAD:Lift of make JOHNSON, Capacity 13 Passengers = 29 Nos lift Total Qty = 29 x 11 months = 319

Necessary intent of MoU (on serial Page No. 123) from OEM as per Proforma & same shall be uploaded with cover -1, failing which the financial bids of that tenderer will not be opened & reject the tender in technical evaluation. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given on page No 124 to 126 from OEM i.e. M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. within seven days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement along with invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement.(iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift.
