Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and n.exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L WBM 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers with coarse aggregate (Granite stones, trap or basalt) of first layer 75mm thick with grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) and second layer balance 75mm thick with grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size) grading spread, watered, rolled and consolidation with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on WBM surface and preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminuous macadam 50mm consolidated thickness with 4% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen)@ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm on Bituminuous Macadam surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete in Paving bitumen any penetration 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for arrangment of soft soil from out side of MoD land and spreading & levelling of excavated earth in layers not exc 25 cm thick well ramming including spreading in layers, watering as required in berms/shoulders complete complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft /loose soil and rolling to required gradient & camber all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with retrorflective Thermoplastic paint (white or golden yellow colour) by hot mixing method as per IS specifications, heating with gas to achieve minimum uniform thickness 1.5mm using painting materials @6.50kg/sqm and glass beads @ 250gm /sqm complete all as specified and directed.
