Taking down unserviceable geysers of any capacity and make from each location by disconnecting and sealing all electrical and water lines for annual maintenance/servicing. Overhauling, dismantling the same for repair/replacement of unserviceable parts, including brazing to inner tank, cleaning, taking out sludge from inner tank and washing with cleaning solution and reassembling and refixing the same in each original location/ position, connecting all electrical and water connections including provn of 2.5 Sqmm 3 core sheathed multi-stranded copper conductor flexible cable from connector block to geyser and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE (a) New parts shall be measured and paid separately under \\"Supply only\\" rates here-in-after. (b) Minor parts, if any, not mentioned in the schedule but required for smooth functioning of geysers are deemed to be included in the rate of the item.)

Supply only PVC inlet pipe and out let pipe, 15mm bore, 450 long including both end check /end nuts and washers.

Supply only fusible plug made of brass having lead alloy fuse suitable for 50/35/25 ltrs capacity geyser.

Supply & fix three pin top 15 Amp AC 230V.

M & L for painting geyser of capacity 50/35/25 ltrs complete, in situ, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, white, by spraying including filling cavities with filler, denting after scrubbing down old paint using emery paper, cleaning, washing etc. and writing MES No complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :-1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
