As the data belongs to the State Government of Haryana, therefore the application and data hosted on Cloud must be kept and stored in data centers located in India only. Any change in application requirement or infrastructure shall be borne by the Implementation agency. Implementationagency shall carry out the Application Security Audit from a Certified Auditor (CA). Application and data shall be kept confidential and only the authorized users shall have the access to it. Implementation Agency shall be responsible for any data theft or data leakages.)
