| 2 | Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm (Zero point seventy - One point zero Kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per techanicaly specification clause 502 low porosity complete including hauling/ carrige of materials, labour and equipment to various location through all modes of transporation with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate is including octroi, Royality , Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Goverment but excluding GST. |
| 3 | Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (RS-1) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg/sqm (Zero point twenty five to Zero point thirty kilogram per square metre) on the prepared non bitumen granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause 503 complete including hauling/ carrige of materials, labour and equipment to various location through all modes of transporation with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate is including octroi, Royality , Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Goverment but excluding GST. |
| 4 | Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 40-60 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete including hauling/ carrige of materials, labour and equipment to various location through all modes of transporation with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate is including octroi, Royality , Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Goverment but excluding GST. |
| 5 | Scarifying existing granular surface to a depth of 50 mm (Fifty millimetre) and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m (Three metre) and leads upto 1000 m (One thousand metre) as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. within all leads and lift including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. |
| 6 | Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803,1202 and 1203 PCC 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : Eight graded stone aggregate ) within all leads and lift including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. |
| 7 | Providing and laying factory made champhered edge cement concrete paver blocks in footpath parks loans drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength thickness and size/ shape made by table vibratory method usisng PU mould laid in required colour and pattern over 5mm thick compact bed of sand compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plates vibrators, fillinig the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern finishing and sweepinig extra sand . Complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- charge 80mm thick CC paver block of M-35 grades with approved colour design and pattern within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
