Providing and applying painting one coat on internal walls and other surfaces at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint of Asian/ Lewis Berger/ ICI Dulux /Nippon / Nerolac or equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate inclusive of making scaffolding & working platform up to 3m height. Any additional scaffolding required for height more than 3m shall be paid under item 6.

Providing and applying painting two coats on external walls and other surfaces over a coat of approved primer at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint of ACE (Asian) / Lewis Berger/ ICI Dulux /Nippon / Nerolac or equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate inclusive of making scaffolding & working platform upto 3m height. Any additional scaffolding required for height more than 3m shall be paid under item 6.

Providing and applying painting two coats on steel sufaces and other required internal surfaces over a coat of approved primer at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint of Asian /Lewis Berger/ ICI Dulux /Nippon / Nerolac or equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate inclusive of making scaffolding & working platform up to 3m height. Any additional scaffolding required for height more than 3m shall be paid under item 6.

Providing and Painting with Epoxy paint using Apcodur CF 641 CS of Asian paints /Proctato mastic of berger/Inter lac1054 of M/s Akzonable or equivalent at all locations in steel tanks and concrete/ masonry walls and floors, ceiling or any other structures/systems as per manufacturer’ specifications including preparation of surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints, cracks if any, etc. complete all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site to achieve 100micron Dry film thickness ( 100micron finishing Coat). (Contractor has to ensure the thickness (DFT ) by verifying sampling steel plates using Elcometer etc. at his own cost ). Rate inclusive of making scaffolding & working platform upto 3m height. Any additional scaffolding required for height more than 3m shall be paid under item 6.

Providing and applying minimum two coats of solvent based Acrylic Aliphatic Anti-carbonation paint of approved make & shade over a coat of approved primer (total thickness not less than 225 micron) on external concrete/ plastered surfaces after cleaning / scrubbing of the surfaces with wire brushes, soft brushes, sand papers, steel sheet scrappers and mechanical grinder etc. for removing all kind of burrs, imperfections, undulations and other such defects existing in the surface including filling surface imperfections such as holes, dents, cracks by using mixture of white cement & fine sand (in the ratio of 1:3) to achieve plain & even surface. The item includes spreading of suitable and clean protection covering on all exposed surfaces to protect them from staining. All surfaces surrounding to painted area including window frames & glasses shall be cleaned to sparkling clean condition using suitable thinners, detergents, chemical cleaners etc. under the scope of the item as directed, at all elevations as indicated in the drawings including labour, materials, scaffolding, preparation of the surface, protecting & cleaning etc. all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer.

Providing Double Scaffolding (width up to 1.20m) for buildings for painting works/any other works, using MS H-Frames, MS pipes, clamps etc or aluminium or any other approved scaffolding systems as per requirement including required labour, tools and removing the same after completion of works etc complete as directed by Enginner-In-Charge.
