Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract (Amc) Of Operator Cabin Air Conditioning System Of 08 Nos Komatsu Make Hd785-7 100T Dumpers Of Khadia Project For A Period Of 01 Year (365 Days).
Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc.1. To carry out periodic / scheduled inspection and maintenance of entire cabin AC system as per the check sheet and OEM recommendations.2. To change/ clean AC filters, compressor oil as and when required or as per maintenance manual of dumper. 3. To do leakage test using Nitrogen, refill the refrigerant gas if any leakages and rectifying the cause.4. Vacuum formation in the system by means of vacuum pump. 5. To check sub parts of AC system such as compressor, evaporator, blower assy., thermostat, fuse, electrical connections; AC belt, etc, on regular basis and ensure their proper working so as to ensure comprehensive good cooling is provided by A.C's reliably. To change/repair any sub part if it malfunctions.6. To ensure working of Cooling Systems throughout the contract period. 7. All tools and tackles, compressor oil, Refrigerant GAS (R134a) 'shall be provided by the AMC holder.8. Spares required if any in case of system repair and maintenance shall be provided from project end.9. If a machine remains breakdown for a complete month, no payment shall be made for that machine in that particular month.

Charges for Annual maintenance Contract of air conditioning system in 01 no. Komatsu HD785-7 Dumpers including Periodical/scheduled maintenance of AC system, inclusive of manpower, tools, transportation, Refrigerant and its charging, and compressor oil and its filling for the period of 1 year.
