Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H specification clause - 401 including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes as per Table 400-7 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness; hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonnes, in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening (Table 400-8) binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering (with water browser) and compacting to required density, making necessary earthen bund to protect edges as per clause 404 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion under sewer line and manhole work complete including allowances for any additional road restoration beyond the drawings (measurement for payment to be as per standard drawings) to complete the task. Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking tiles of desired shape of M 30 grade manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibrio pressed machine and fully computerized automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per BS 6717:2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm. thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications.
