To perform term contract services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of Rate 2009 Part-I (Specifications) together with amendments No. 1 to 3 and 2020 Part-II (Rates) with ammed number 1 to 122 and section 30 for runway and payment forming part of SSR Part II (Rates) 2020 as applicable and General Conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender.Note: (i) Tenderer shall insert the uniform percentage over schedule rates at the 16th row and \\"F\\" column of this BOQ excel sheet by selecting the option excess(+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the SSR.(ii) The total / cumulative amount of work order shall not be exceed the amount given in NIT and not to be considered the quoted amount reflected in BOQ. Being term contract, work is placed at rates given in SSR.(iii) The tenderer's quotations shall be deemed to include all taxes, duties such as GST, Labour welfare tax, sales tax on works contracts, EPF etc..
