The planks should be treated with anit termite treatment.(iii) 17mm Sub floor made of Pine /Marandi planks load distribution layer, nailed crooswise onto the lower layer.(iv) 0.3mm PE foil, 10% overlapped, loosely laid out to prevent creaking.(v) 12.6mm Squash parquets with solid hard Maple wood top layer (3.6mm), staple onto the counter floor.(vi) An expansion gap of 8 to 10mm will be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiles area / wall.(vii) Finished floor should have good grip, must be anti slip and should absorb sweat complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-charge. |
