| 2 | Supply of all materials, labour and T&P for water proofing Treatment of the Surface including scraping and cleaning of existing surface by wire bi ushes, paper or acid wash etc. as applicable repair of minor cracks by Roof Primer ESL filling of holes gaps with roof proxy putty or equivalent compound and finally applying two coals of roof tracoat HD by rubber pads or brushes as applicable to make the surface completely water and leak proof as per manufacture specification and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer In- charge. |
| 3 | Centering and shuttering for repair of OHT where ever required with adequate bracing propping etc. including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all leaves. |
| 4 | Dismantling of old damage jali with frame and supply and fixing ventilator jali of OHT including repairing of ventilator and fixing the same properly including supply of all labour, T&P etc. required for the proper completion of the work. |
| 5 | Supply and fixing of 45cm wide fabricated M.S. Angle iron ladder consisting of 65X6mm angel iron and 20 mm dia plain M.S. bars of 45 cm width for a required length and painted with anticorrosive paint and fixing the same inside and outside the tank body including supply for all material, labour, T&P etc. required for the proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer In-charge. |
| 6 | Removal of old damaged Man hole cover and supply and fixing of 60X60 cm size fabricated M.S. over with frame consisting of 50X50X6 mm angle, iron frame and over of M.S sheet of 3 mm welded in cover with hinge & locking arrangement and paint with anticorrosive paint and fixing the same at top dome of OHT and also including supply for all material, labour, T&P etc. required for the proper completion of work. |
| 7 | Supply of ISI mark 20 mm dia G.I. medium pipe and jointing it with angle post for railing including supply for all jointing materials such as cock elbow/clamp etc. as per direction of Engineer In-charge. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing of 50X50X6 mm ISI mark MS angle iron post of height 130 cm as per existing railing including drilling holes where ever necessary to fix railing pipe as per direction of Engineer In-charge. |
