Providing 50mm thick guniting (Short creat pressure cement mortar grouting) after chipping and cleaning the surface to the required areas on RCC columns, walls, beams and slabs at all elevations and locations upto a maximum height of 20M from the existing ground level, with cement mortar 1:2 under 2kg/cm2 to 2.80kg/cm2 pressure after removing the damaged loose spalt concrete portion by chipping and removing rust over reinforcement wherever necessary. Fixing in position 50mm square (Fifty x Fifty) x 8 Guage size GI welded mesh by screwing over treated surface ready to receive grout, before the application of guniting, Providing ready made 20 mm thick cover blocks below GI mesh if necessary to get proper cover , watering, curing for 10 days etc. Guniting should be done with river sand or Poabs make course M-Sand, complete operation as directed, including hire for tools and plants, machinery, materials, cost of consumables, scaffolding, all safety precautions providing as required without any additional payment and also removing the entire debris-cement mortar of gunniting to low lying areas within 1000M and levelling,compacting as directed by egineer-in charge, on the same day before setting period , removing and washing of all salt sticking on the columns and wall,through cleaning of rust from existing steel bars on concrete and from new steel bars if any at contractors risk and cost etc., complete.(Required cement and steel reinforcement and G.I.weld mesh will be supplied by TCC free of cost )
