Contractor shall submit working drawing and implementation schedule as per priority given by Engineer-In-charge for approval. | 2 | Construction, Site development, testing, commissioning and giving satisfactorily trials of 1.4 MLD STP of SBR technology which can be accommodated in limited identified land space consisting of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Treatment Units as per the requirement of designed CPHEEO norms relevant IS codes etc. necessary piping work with required valves, gates, drains, path Ways, Administration Block cum Laboratory, Laboratory Equipments, Internal Roads, Pathways, Compound Wall, Tools and plants, Treated effluent arrangements complete as turnkey job with all involved Civil, electrical, (Including transformer) Instrumentation and mechanical works Inclusive of following Items, units as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical, Instrumentation and mechanical components complete to achieve latest CPCB/ HPPCB / CPHEEO discharge standards pH 6.5- 8.5, BOD < 10ppm, COD<50ppm, TSS < 10ppm, NH4-N <5ppm, N-Total<10ppm, Total Phosphorus (PO4-P) =1 ppm, Faecal Coliforms <100 MPN/100ml and Total residual Chlorine =1 ppm to get recyclable quality of water for Industrial / agricultural purposes. .All units shall be interconnected with administration building by suitable or RCC overhead walkways, boundary wall of average 4.0 mtr complete fencing (Campus should covered with boundary wall and fencing) at the STP component as per the scope and confirming norms as mentioned above. The plant should be completely automated with PLC - SCADA complete from Primary, secondary and Tertiary treatment etc price of items including GST and payment will be released on prorata basis complete as per Direction of Er-in Charge.(Schedule -B) |
| 3 | Operation and Maintenance cost of 1.4 MLD STP including entire Network of 27 Km of various diameter for 5 Years which includes cost of manpower, Chemicals and consumables, Residual disposal charges (Transportation) and repair & maintanence excluding three years defects liability period (from 4th year of Operation and Maintanence contract complete in all respect as per direction of Er-in-Charge.(Schedule -C) |
