| 16 | Complete job of providing, erecting, fabricating the M.S. structure as per requirement on DP structure frames installed at various ST installations incorporating proper size of M.S. flats supports made out of approx 40x 5 mm of appropriate length for fixing/supporting the insulator., complete with cutting, welding, grinding & finishing duly painted with one coat of red oxide and one coat Aluminum paint with erection on site as per direction of engineer in charge with necessary grouting, cementing, plastering & finishing complete. Job also includes supply & fixing of cylindrical insulators of not less than 40 mm height and 25 mm wide at appropriate distance (approx. 14 insulators for both earthings) on the above welded strips on each DP structure along with all necessary hardware & associated jobs to insulate both the earthing strips of LA from the DP / other metal structure as per CEA regulation 74(2) at various ST Installations. Job involves removal of LA earthing strips from pipes and refixing as per the CEA 74(2). The job shall also includes the removal of earthing strips passing through the pipes and handing over the pipes to EIC. |
