Removing the existing ply wood, tightening all the check nuts, elbows long rails, short rails, and legs to hold the charpoy tight by welding the elbows and legs with two spots on each side and S&F 3 Nos square pipe, 20mmx20mmx1.6mm thick wherever reqd. to the frame (long rails) of length not less than 2'-10\\" each duly welded to the GI pipe at equal distance duly painted with black synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer including provision of commercial plywood, 12mm thick BWR grade of size 6.5'x3' fixed with 09 Nos stainless steel nuts & bolts of 6mm dia & 70mm long with two nos of washers of suitable size including 1st class hardwood lipping on all the sides of plywood and french polishing to plywood and lipping complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
