| 26 | M&L for water proof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm mtr on layers over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sandind of the putty surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surfaces free from dust etc by skilled labour as per following steps:- (1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.(2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI.(3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |
| 27 | Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces. as per manufacturer instructions apllied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spary machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces in both the coats of paint, complete all as specified and directed. |
