| 1 | Desludging of septic tank and manholes and capacity , size and depth including disposal of waste water and sludge through machanically/Using honey sucker machine and dividely store in covered container etc complete and removing the sludge in covered van/trolly out side the defence land and taking off the manhole cover and placing in the same position after taking out sludge and covering pit minimum 30cm thick layer of earth work etc all as directed NOTES :- The unit rate for desludging using Honey sucker Machine including hiring rate form any sources, Its operator , Hose required ( at least 50 mtr ) and Fuel etc. per trip of truck i e 3.0 to 4.05 Cum and the cost of dewatering shall also be included in the unit rate . Dewatering pit excavated in the unit area by contractor concern will liaise with the sources of honey Sucker Machine and during working any defects raised contractor will be responsible in all respect, Complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 2 | Taking out silt ,liquid water sludge in solid/semi solid sae from septic tank /sump of any capacity , depth and size manually and removing the same to a distance of exe250m but not exc 500 m including depositing the sludge excavation in any type of soil with covering by earth over it and leaving the septic tank/sump clean etc, Complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | M&L Cleaning of blockage of sewage lines , manholes of any dia & any depth in any situation by way of cleaning of manholes sewage as well as rodding to and fro flushing with watering in sewage lines between seccessive manholes and keeping the systen functional connecting from floor traps , water closerts , soil waste and vent pipes , gully traps upto final drop/outlet into septic tanks / central sewage system by removing all blockages of any description in any situations manually or mechanically including cleaning of blockage of vents/solid/waste RWPof any description and any dia at Gulmarg Garrison by employing daily one sweeper with helper along with required T&P complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge . NOTE- The paid salary to the labour must not be less then the minimum wages as per labour laws. |
| 4 | Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed. |
