Providing, fixing and commissioning of 3 ph Multi Turn-Actuator having mounting flange base & having minimum IP67 protection class suitable for mounting on resilient seated soft sealing sluice valves size ranging from 150 to 300 mm with body bonnet of Ductile iron/S.G. iron, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR, vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face-to-face dimensions as per BS5163- 89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F4. with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage. Drilled as per IS:1538. Rating: PN10 required for provision of balancing water distribution network of existing Water level and flow -pressure monitoring system to be upgraded web based global data monitoring system in near future including repair and maintenance of complete system under one-year DLP. Any leakage to the existing sluice valves to be rectified by contractor without any additional cost to MIDC. If existing vales are beyond repair/retrofit, new sluice valves of required size having above specifications shall be installed by contractor on free of cost basis. (Excluding GST)

Supplying erecting, testing and commissioning worm/spur gear box assembly for different valves in filter house with provision for manual operation complete as per detailed specifications, all consumable materials, nut bolts etc (Excluding GST)

Supplying of Mounting rod upto appx 6 mtrs length auto self-aligned Extended spindle mechanism suitable torque upto 450N-Mtr made of suitable steel with universal joint, flanges, stool etc (Excluding GST)
