Maitenance of hedge, climbers, shrubs at dividers including watering, trimming, preparation of thawala manure and complete work including watch and ward of trees, shrubs, plants etc. with protection of planter from unauthorised displayboard posters banners including P & F and protection of advertisment/display boards tree guards fixed by the department and as per direvction of engineer-in-charge.
Laying of lawns including ploughing leveling breaking of clods manuring and removal of stones etc. (cost of manure or extra good earth to be paid separately )maintenance of lawn foe 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawns free from weeds and fit for moving in the duration of planting if lawn die some where the contractor will replant it at his own costin rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction

Security of the garden per gate for 24 hours in 3 shift with the exilitary persons
