Supply installation testing and commissioning on Wall/Free Floor mounting dust and vermin proof cubical panel having minimum IP54 degree of protection aesthetically appealing with locaking facility. It should be capable of switch ON and switch OFF on time scheduling as required with the help of contector and time switch. The panel should include 32Amp three pole/ 230V Astronomical time switch and 32Amp three pole contractor and suitable arrangement for HRC fuse and proper connection and conectors. panel should also contain a selector switch for Auto and manual function of panel. The installation of panel should be proper and compete in all respects with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Supply of single band poles are made of durable Mild Steel with a total height of 4 meter above ground level. The Single Band pole shall be of section 100x100 mm of 4 mtr long. The band pole with decorative single side bracket of 760x100x100mm long with street light of 50W each. Pole shall be with base plate of size 300x300x12mm. All pole section shall be welded by certified welders using high and MIG welding process. The Service door shall be provided at bottom part of the pole which equipped with a C clamp with sliding nuts to accommodate a built in connection box. The control gear tray is prewired with MCB, terminal connectors for loop in loop out arrangement. The base plated of the pole shall be designed with elongated foundation holes for fine alignment of the pole during installation. Pole primarily coated with primer than epoxy resin and top coated with UV stabilised MRF PU powder coat and cured. Band pole is completely weather protected land suitable for outdoor lighting application and suitable for the street lighting.
