NS Item -Providing and Insertion of W/S pipeline 100 mm i/d M.S. pipe (Fe-330 grade) fabricated as per IS:1239 of 1991, from steel plates conforming to IS:2062, by providing Roller arrangement for smooth insertion and anchoring of pipe through out the length with HDPE spacers at a distance of 2 meters apart to avoid contract of carrier pipe including cutting, jointing, radio graphically welding as per IS:1182 Hydraulic testing complete in all respect and also with cement mortar lining 2-3 mm thick on inner surface including cartage of material to site of work complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. M.S 100 mm i/d 5.00 mm thick.

Providing, Insertion, aligning and Jointing of M.S. Casing pipe (Fe330 grade) fabricated as per IS: 3589 of 1991 from steel plates conforming to IS 2062 of following sizes including cutting, beveling, grinding and radio graphically welding of pipes as per IS-1182 complete in all respect and also coating of inner and outer surface of casing pipe with high built epoxy paint to R.D.S.O. as per specification No. M and C / PCN.III/88 to a dry film thickness of 250 micron for protection against corrosion complete in all respect for National Highway including cartage of material to site of work and testing complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
