Preparation of Sub-grade by excavating earthwork in formed embankement/side shoulders to the following average depth of 22.5 cms dressing to camber and consolidating with power road roller including making good the undulations etc and disposal of surplus earth with leadd upto 50 mts and lift upto 1.5 mts in ordinary or hard soil

Spreading the earth/hard soil in layers not exceeding 250 mm in depth breaking clods watering rolling each layer with half ton roller or wooden or steel hammers and rolling every third and topmost layer with power toller of minimum 8 tonne and dressing up in embankment for roads flood banks marginal and guide banks and filling up of ground dressing etc. complete.

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading watering and consolidation of binding material etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .

Providing & laying cement concrete 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering shuttering and finishing in:;All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including struttings propping etc. and removal of formwork for :;vertical surfaces such as retaining walls return walls walls (any thk) including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string courses fillets etc.

Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.
Providing and fixing prefabricated compound gate of G.I. pipes 40 – 50 mm dia (medium) with 12mm M.S. square bars of G.I. pipes grill work as per drawing including providing & fixing locking arrangements pintals hold fast embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size) including applying priming coat with ready mixed red lead paint and painting 2 or more coats with superior ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades as per direction complete.
