Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of (2 Sets) HorizontalCentrifugal End Suction/Mixed Flow Pumpsets having discharge of 5 Cs at 14 mtr head (250x200mm) having CA6NM propeller and CFBM Suction casing with prime mover of 50 HP 1440 RPM, IE2 TEFC induction motor having voltage rating 380 volt ± 10% variation confirming to IS 325 mounted on common base plate, heavy duty with confirming to IS 6595 coupled through flexible coupling alongwith fullyautomatic Star Delta starter suitable for 50 HP, 415 volt, 50 Hz. Phase motor in CRCA sheet enclosure with overload, under voltage and single phasing protection through electronic relays, suitable MCCB, contractor, ammeters, Voltmeters, selectors switches capacitor Bank of 15 Kvar for each motor complete in all respect. The panel should be inbuilt by one Standard approved manufacturer. The work also constitutes of execution of suction pipe 250mm, delivery pipe 200 mm, 8 mm thickness (6 mtr, suction and 6 mtr delivery each set) complete with flanges, nuts bolts rubber sheets and foot valves of 250 mm dia for both sets and delivery pipes 200 mm, 8mm thickness along with Non return Valve and sluice valve of 200mm with pressure gauge of required capacity. Both delivery pipes to be connected with TEE of size 200x450x200mm fabricated in MS Plates 8mm thickness. The 450mm side of Tee has to be connected to the existing 450mm dia HDPE pipe already laid, the work also consists of S/E/C of one No. Vacuum Pump DVS) of SV40 complete with 5HP prime mover motor, GI pipe of necessary dia complete along with all accessories for connecting the same with the two sets of Horizontal Pumpsets. One Bus Bar Box 250 Amp along with MCCB 250 Amp and DOI. Starter for vacuum pump Complete with cables for connecting Motors from Starter from Bus bar Box complete in all respect..
