Removal of slips in all kind of soil including saturated soils but excluding boulder and rocky portion requiring blasting upto a distance 20 meter disposing of unserviceable materials and stacking serviceable materials and neatly dressed the surface in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundations in all kinds of soil such as pick work ,jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock chiseling where blasting is prohibited or saturated soil , lift upto 1.50 mtr stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00 mtr clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Lowering, laying and jointing HDPE pipe 110 mm (conforming to IS: 4984-2016)

Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work blasting hard or soft rock chiseling where blasting is prohibited and disposal of excavated earth within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specifications.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) in breast walls and retaining walls and retaining walls.
