Providing and placing in position in horizontal top filter media as per IS:8419 (part1) 1977 top layer fines sand screened cleaned, washed and graded effective size 0.20 to 0.40 mm with uniformity co-efficient 2-3mm as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lift.
