| 2 | PEG TABLE (FD-384)DIMENSION;Overall size shall be 450mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high.DESCRIPTION:Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mmx50mm.The legs shall be 362mm high.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position.Two nos top rails of section 20mmx40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs.Two bottom rails of size 20mmx40mm shall be fixed between the legs .A centre stiffeners of size 20x40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg.Top of table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade.4mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided alround the top edges of table.FINISH:All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high lacquer finish.Rest all as per drg. |
| 3 | TABLE DRESSING GENTS WITH MIRROR (FD-379)DIMENSION : Over all size shall be 900mm long , 30mm wide and 150mm high at bottom with support of mirror as 1115 mm high.DESCRIPTION : The frame of mirror shall be overall size of 410mm wide and 790mm high fixed at 150mm from top of lower base. The entire box shall be made of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF board except back and bottom which shall be of 12mm thick plywood. The sides of the drawers shall be made 12mm thick commercial ply with bottom of 6 mm ply and front of 12mm thick perlaminated MDF board . The Mirror of 380x760mm shall be provided with its wooden frame made of 25mmx35mm teak wood batterns. The bach shall be of 6mm thick plywood 5.5mm thick mirror distortion free shall be provided on 6mm thick plywood backing 3 mm thick flat Iron key plates of MS. Two Knobs of aluminium anodzed dark brown in shade shall be provided to both the drawers 25mmx25mm in section shall be provided at top of mirror and painted with black paint .FINISH : All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high lacquer finish. | 4 | TABLE DINING 4 PERSONS (FD/MAP-II/03)(a) Table dining shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg & as specified in particular specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS.(b) Timber: All wood work shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated Ist class hard wood (Teak) throughout except the top which shall be made of melamine faced pre-laminated MDF board 18/ 19mm thick bonded with phenol formaldehyde as per as per IS-3087-1985 exterior grade BWR type and shall be ISI marking on the edges. Exposed edges of board shall be covered with 6mm thick teak wood beading and shall be fixed as specified. (c) Finishes: All timber / plywood / particle board surfaces exposed to view shall be French polished except inner side of top which shall be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Shade as approved by GE) Ist quality over a coat of pink primer.(d) All other items / fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms / pattern. |

| 6 | SIDE BOARD (FD-241)(a) TIMBER : All wood work shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated Ist class hard wood (Teakwood).(b) BOARD : (i) 18/19 mm thick melamine faced pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde as per IS-3087-1985 exterior grade BWR type and shall be ISI marking on the edges for top, front shutter, bottom and sides. (ii) 18/19mm thick and 12 mm thick melamine faced pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde as per IS-3087-1985 exterior grade BWR type and shall be ISI marking on the edges for shelves and back respectively.(c) EDGING : Exposed edges of board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood edging and shall be fixed as specified and directed.(d) PLY : 6mm thick ply for bottom of drawer shall be provided.(e) KNOB : 38mm dia anodised metalic knob (teak colour) as shown on drawings shall be provided.(f) POLISH : All exposed wood work and teak veneered surfaces shall be french polished.(g) REST : All as shown on drawing. |
| 7 | SOFA SINGLE CHAIR WITH CUSHION (FD-373)DIMENSION : Overall size of one Seat shall be 670mm long and 745 mm wide abd 530mm high up to arm rest level.DESCRIPTION: The Sofa set single seaters shall consist of one single seats. All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP ) Legs of sofa set shall be 70mmx35mm in section teak wood. Front legs shall be joined by 100mmx35mm section wooden rail in front. and rear lege shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides.100mm thick seat causion and back casusion shall be of size 530mm x560mm (One numbers in seat and one numbers in the back). The causion shall be of caool foam or any other superior quality foam of 40 density as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Causion shall be covered with approved color tapestry cloth (approved by GE, not less than Rs 300/meter) or as directed by Enginner-in-charge.FINISH : All wood surface exposed to vew when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish rest Rest all as per drg. |
| 8 | ALMIRAH MESS UTENSILS (FD-93)All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 1065mm long, 455mm wide and 1670mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP). Legs shall be 50mm square at top and 40mm square at bottom and shall 1 be 100mm high. 19mmx40mm teak wood stiffeners shall be provided betweenlegs joining legs in short span and long span. Bottom half shall have cupboard covered with 19mm thick pre-laminated particleboard teak veneer on one side. and having two shutters hinged with sides with 50mm long butt hinges. Top of cup- board shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particleboard teak veneer on one side and other side plain. Cupboard shall have two 19mm thick teak wood shelves resting on 19mmx 12mm teak wood bearers fixed on sides equally spaced to make into three compartments. Bottom of cupboard shall have 19mm thick wooden plank. Sides of cupboard shall be made of 19mm thick teak wood planks.Back of Almirah shall be provided with 10mm thick plywood commercial. Top of Almirah Mess Utensils shall be of 19mm thick leak wood plank 200mm wide and 1065mm long. Top shelf shall have teak wood plank with plastic laminated sheet 1.5mm thick. A partition plank of 19mm thick teak wood shall be provided in vertical position405mm from left between bottom of top shelf and top of cupboard. A small shelf of 405mm shall be provided on the left side dividing the portion into equal half and shall have 12mm thick teak wood plank covered with 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet. Front of shelves and front of top of almirah shall be covered with 12mmx40mm teak wood facia upto entire length of shelf and top of almirah. Bottom cupboard shutters shall be provided with two numbers aluminium handles of 100mm long and two ball spring catches as shown on drawing. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Inside cupboard shall be given two coats of white enamel paint over a coat of primer as directed by GE. |
| 9 | CHAIR WRITING (FD-280)DIMENSION: The overall size shall be 600mm long, 450mm wide and 540mm high.DESCRIPTION :The legs shall be 60mmx30mm in section and 497 mm high and shall be of teak wood.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided at the visible portion of top of legs. Top rails of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 510mm long shall be provided between the legs. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. A centre rail of size 20mmx50mm shall also be provided lengthwise at centre in between the side bottom rails irrespective of what is shown on drg.25mm thick and 25mm dia hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws.Top of table shall be of 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board with 4mm teak wood edging al-round the top of table.FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Width of cane for border and strengthening band shall be 3.5mm.(d) Rubber Toes : Rubber Toe shall be hard and of best quality as approved by GE and shall be provided under each leg and fixed with 25mm long steel screws of suitable size.(e) Finishes: All wooden surfaces exposed to view (except under sides of frame and bottom of legs) shall be French polished.
