| 1 | Comprehensive preventive maintenance and rendering operationally EOT crane of capacity 02 to 05 Ton including assemblies, maintenance including checking / tighening of all nuts, bolts & breaks any type any size complete system, adjusting etc of all break motions and VFD / VVVF drive adjustment setting of EOT cranes and providing greasing & oiling of travelling / moving parts of crane with connectiong motor girder parts for movement of crane hoist / long / cross traveling and including maintaining the controlling of speed / repair of control pendent, wire ropes with break drum unit, gear box unit, oil levels, motor bed / foot, electrical control cable, motor terminal, end cable carriage trolly etc and including locating the defect or fault and rectification of the fault and rectification of oil leakage etc any type and replacement of defected nut, bolt & washer and making it soundless / sound proof and after trails testing run of crane for smooth functioning / operation satisfactorily, complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engineer in charge. Defective parts as required will be measured and paid seperately as supply only items.Note :-(a) Checking / repair , lubricating,testing as per manufacturers instruction shall be carried out as and when asked by the Deptt as well as complaint received from user side well within 24 hours from date of complaint and test sheet shall be submitted to Engr in charge to ensure smooth safe and efficient operation of crane else recovery of Rs 1000 per day shall be recovered.(b) Spare parts/gear oil shall be measured and paid separately . (c) All types of electrical faults such as loose connection,wrong phase sequence or any other minor fault shall be rectified by the contractor at no Extra cost. (d) A job will be considered for a period of one months for each EOT crane to keep the crane functional. |

Note : Load / Deflection Test for all EOT Cranes shall be carried out by the contractor through Licensed Crane Inspector in presence of department representative as directed by the GE & user representative and test results shall be recorded and necessary certificate shall be obtained from Licensed Crane Inspector and submitted to the department.[b] The loads required for the testing and necessary transportation shall be arranged by the contractor at the sites, also the man power / instruments / internal transport required for testing at different locations shall be arranged by the contractor. |
